My review concerning service at Real Auto was excellent. When I call Ms. Janice and I told her am ready for a new RAV4, within a few minutes I receive a call from Mr. Jean Castor and we made an appointment and the next day. I was there and his service was excellent, even during the lock down, when I had to wait two months before I could of receive my vehicle, Mr. Castor and I stayed in contact with each other.Now and then he will call and ask me how is the vehicle and if I have any question, I will call him and his reply is always helpful.

I love my new RAV4 2020.
